New version of The Day of the Jackal (1973)
The show moves the setting to the current era. Eddie is explosively talented on this show, as he is in everything he puts his hands on.
Eddie’s performance makes the show shine as one of the best on television right now
The MI6 agent is very poorly cast, she’s not scary, she’s not smart, she has too much airtime. The whole show might have been more charming if there were only foxes in our view, but as it stands; Eddie brings in the MI6 agent, whose name escapes me because I might forget it.
Easy on your time, I have the attention span of a goldfish
The story isn’t entirely complicated, but aside from the MI6 agent, the rest of the cast is incredible. They don’t spend too much time on drama, too much time on foxes, that’s what makes this show amazing.
